Funded by the City Council, New Skills New Jobs connects local businesses to skilled workers who are trained on-site to learn essential work skills.

On-the-Job Training ensures that you will hire the right person for your business. Experienced recruiters will screen and refer only qualified candidates that meet the needs of your business. Your business will be reimbursed for 70% of the wages for each new hire who completes the on-the-job-training.
