ACCESS HRA is a website that allows you to get information and apply for benefit programs that are provided through the Human Resources Administration (HRA).
The website also allows HRA clients to get their case information online by creating an ACCESS HRA account that is securely connected to their HRA case.
Information is available on the following HRA benefits:
- Cash Assistance
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), also known as food stamps
- Medicaid
- HEAP
- IDNYC
- Child care
Online applications are available for:
- SNAP (food stamps)
- Cash Assistance
- Emergency Cash Assistance, also known as the One Shot Deal
- Child Care in lieu of Cash Assistance (CILOCA)
- Medicaid renewal application with fields pre-populated with your information to print-out and submit by mail
