Coronavirus (COVID-19) Alert

The Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) Borough Offices and Customer Service Walk-In Center are closed until further notice.

All scheduled child support appointments for Cash Assistance cases have been postponed including appointments in June 2020. No negative case actions are being taken for missing appointments with OCSS.

You can restore your Cash Assistance grant and Medicaid if you have a Child Support sanction by calling (929) 221-7656 or emailing dcse.cseweb@dfa.state.ny.us to let us know that you will comply with the child support program. Give your name, case number, and contact information, and state that you will comply with the child support program.

NYC Family Courts are closed for child support matters until further notice.  

NY State Family Courts are limiting service to emergency court hearing parts, such as child protection and domestic violence cases, until further notice.
